- Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Drawing Solicitation Please see attached solicitation for Tree Removal Services. - A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 6 Sep 2011 @ 1:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME AT THE 19th CONTRACTING SQUADRON, 642 THOMAS AVENUE, LITTLE ROCK AFB, AR 72076. Fax or e-mail written request with the name of those who will attend the site visit to SrA Shawn Xiong, Contract Specialist, Fax (501) 987-8119 or e-mail at shawn.xiong@littlerock.af.mil. Please submit requests by 5 Sep 2011 @ 4:00 P.M.. ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD. You must enter the base from the main gate (Off Hwy 67). Please allow extra time to obtain your pass. - SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the date/time specified. Personnel requiring access to Little Rock AFB for the purpose of delivering a proposal must fax or e-mail a written request containing the company name and the name of the person(s) requiring access to SrA Shawn Xiong, Contract Specialist, Fax (501) 987-8119 or e-mail at shawn.xiong@us.af.mil. Requests must be received NLT 72 hours prior to the date and time established for receipt of proposals. You must enter the base from the main gate (Off Hwy 67). Please allow extra time to obtain your pass. - For either the site visit or submission or proposals, all personnel requesting access to Little Rock AFB must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Personnel requesting vehicle access to Little Rock AFB must provide a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. - SUBMISSION OR QUESTIONS. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to SrA Shawn Xiong, Contract Specialist, e-mail at shawn.xiong@us.af.mil. All questions must be received NLT COB 7 Sep 2011. - Please see the attached solicitation, performance work statement, and drawings.
