- Map - Unit 3 Wage Determination Map - Unit 2 Appendix B - Timber Removal Specifications Map - Unit 5 Map - Unit 4 Map - Unit 1 General Information Sheet Vicinity Map Solicitation Appendix A - Service Work Activity Items Specifications This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the Brushy Creek/Clayton Ridge Stewardship Project on the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District on the Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri. The Service Work involves Cedar Felling on 5 Units and the Timber/Product Removal involves Red Cedar Sawtimber and Red Cedar Posts. Please see the attached Solicitation and attachments for the requirements. A Pre-bid/Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM Central Time at the Ava Ranger District located at 1103 S. Jefferson, Ava, Missouri. Submission of Offers : Proposals shall be submitted in two parts. A technical proposal and a price proposal. Please refer to Pages 41 to 43 of the solicitation for detailed information on submission of offers and submit your offers using one of the following methods: Mail To : USDA Forest Service, Attn: Sharon Martin, 1700 Bypass Road, Winchester, KY 40391 Fax To : (859) 745-4710 Offers Due : September 12, 2011 no later than 4:30 PM EST. Please reference the Solicitation No. AG-64R4-S-11-0025 on the outside of the mailer/package and fax coversheet. Central Contractor Registration (CCR): All offerors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA prior to award of a contract. Please see the General Information Sheet for additional information. Single or Multiple Awards : The Government may elect to award a single contract for all of the items or to award multiple contracts for individual item numbers under this solicitation based on best value to the Government. The minimum number of contracts that may be awarded under this solicitation is one and the maximum number of contracts that may be awarded under this solicitation is five for each individual item.
