- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-11-Q-0556 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Defense Circular 20110725 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561710 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7 million dollars. (v) The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, management and the following: Bird netting and installation at 304th RQS Portland IAP, OR 97218. Note: A site visit will be conducted at 304th RQS Portland IAP, OR 97218 on Monday August 29, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. PST. All interested contractors shall respond in advance with their intent to attend this site visit by contacting TSgt Chad Trimble at e-mail chad.trimble@dm.af.mil, Phone (520) 228-2214, or Fax (520) 228-5284, NLT 1:00 P.M. PST Thursday 25 August 2011. The place of initial meeting for the site visit will be at the West End Contractor's Gate NLT 8:45 A.M. PST. All personnel planning on attending and driving on the installation will need valid state driver's license, current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
