- Statement of Work This is a "Sources Sought" notice. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ is considering writing a single Commercial Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for Rescue/Survival Training for 42 students on Small Team Technical Rope Rescue Training, Swiftwater Rescue Training, and High Altitude Parachute Operations Training Day/Night. For a more detailed description of service please see the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested vendors must be able to adhere to the SOW. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611699. One critical element the government will address during this exploratory phase is to attempt to determine contractor capabilities. Selection will be based on past performance and technical capability. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 13. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information. A determination will be made once all information is reviewed for the type of Small Business set-aside concern. However; if the government receives inadequate responses from Small Business concerns, the government will use all information obtained from this sources sought request to determine what type, if any, set-aside to utilize. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website http://www.ccr.gov.
