- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C3471175A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 332911 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001 (QTY 30 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (Model # 341GF and P/N 2993301H) Military refueling Nozzle CLIN 0002 (QTY 30 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (Model # D-3 and P/N 20519501K) D3 Swivel CLIN 0003 (QTY 10 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (Model # 349GF-M60G25 and P/N 20711410C) Ground Refueling Strainer Ball Valve CLIN 0004 (QTY 5 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (Model # 351GF-15 4AS and P/N 2972501H). Hydrant Coupler CLIN 0005 (QTY 50 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (P/N 20071002F). 60 Mesh Strainers for the Ball Valve Strainers CLIN 0006 (QTY 50 EA) MFG: CLA-VAL (P/N 201121101H). Vacuum Breakers CLIN 0007 (QTY 1 EA) Shipping directly to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929 Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
