- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Contracting and Facilities Division (PGE), is requesting services for "Relocation Services". Background: As a federal agency engaged in real estate transactions, the General Services Administration (GSA) acquires real property for federal projects. GSA intends that site acquisition for projects are carried out in a manner that assures fair and equitable treatment of persons such as those displaced from homes, businesses or farms will be provided all the benefits and services to enable their successful relocation from the project site. Due to vast geographical areas that GSA engages in projects and needs of displaced, the contractor will supplement existing staff to perform various activities pursuant to the Uniform Relocation Act. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 488999 with a small business size standard of $ 12.4 M annual gross receipts for a period of 3 years. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
