- Brand Name Letter 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3D91189A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53,and DFARS Change Notice 20110725. 2.The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001 Kodak Professional Portra 160 Film, 70mm X 400 ft, Spec 512 The pricing wil be on 36 rolls, priced per unit. 3.The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2- Evaluation of Offerors-Quotes will be evaluated on price. FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offer or must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 (dev.), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
