- FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY11 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337211, size standard 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following items: Executive level wooden desk, cherry in color, with hutch attached to desk w/built in lights and cabinets w/doors, drawers must be able to lock, need at least two drawers for hanging file folders (Min 14" deep) QTY 5 Executive level wardrobes, cherry in color QTY 4 Black Ergonomic chairs QTY 5 Black L-shaped couch, seats 5 minimum QTY 1 Conference table, cherry, wood, executive level, seats 6 QTY 1 Executive chairs, black, high back, on wheels, w/out arm rests QTY 6 The delivery address is as follows: 36 CRG - F1C0CR, UNIT 14048 BLDG 23010 ATTN: SSgt Michael Adams APO, AP 96543 The following provisions and clauses can be viewed through Internet access at the Air Force FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
