- Description
- The requirement for portable x-ray device and accessories was solicited on FedBizOpps as W912D1-11-T-0073. The solicitation received seven (7) quotes. Quotes were evaluated in accordance with the criteria established in the solicitation. The Contracting Officer awarded contract W912D1-11-P-0124 to McKinley Group International for $81,596.00. Their quote was most advantageous to the Government as determined by the Contracting Officer based on price, technical, insurance coverage, maintenance plan and vehicle attributes. This letter serves as your official debriefing authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.503(b). This letter provides information relative to the basis of our award decision and should provide additional information so that future proposals of this nature may be improved and become more competitive.
