Description
This is a sources sought notice; there is no solicitation at this time. This notice is published for market research purposes only. No responses will be provided for any requests for solicitation. Andersen Air Force Base is utilizing a Motorola ASTRO25 7.5 Trunked Radio System with MCC7500 Console Systems for its Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communication systems. The Andersen AFB Communication Squadron requires training on how to manage its LMR System. The Andersen AFB Communication Squadron requires a two (2) week on-site training class on Guam which includes the following for a total of four (4) attendees: • Hands-on Overview of the ASTRO25 7.5 Trunked Radio System and MCC7500 Console System • System Management of the ASTRO25 7.5 Trunked Radio System and MCC7500 Console System • OTAR/KMF Management for the ASTRO25 7.5 Trunked Radio System • Programming and Provisioning subscriber units into the ASTRO25 7.5 Trunked Radio System's UCM • Programming the MCC7500 Console System for talk groups • Loading AES encryption keys into the MCC7500 Console System • Attendees will receive manuals in CD-ROM format • One hard copy set of manuals will be provided to the class Vendor must provide the training above with an On-Line Overview Pre-Course which will provide an overview of the ASTRO25 System in order to familiarize the attendees with the overall system capabilities, components, features and benefits of the Andersen AFB LMR System. Vendor Qualifications for the trainer are: • Trainer must be U.S. Citizen. • Must provide manufacturer's authorized factory training with evidence included in their response to the ability to provide manufacturer's authorized factory training. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, cage code, and business size pursuant to the NAICS 624230 (size STD $7.0 mil).
