- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, BUCHANAN-N4155711RC198FS-CHAIRS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. The NAICS code is 337211 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 - GUEST CHAIR - QTY 16 - HARDWOOD ARMS (CURVED OR STRAIGHT), LEGS AND FRAME. WOOD COLOR: MAHOGANY SEATS CUSHION AND BACK FULLY UPHOLSTERED, COVERED IN LEATHER OR LEATHER LIKE MATERIAL. COLOR: BLACK Overall approximate dimension: Distance between arms is 19" wide, the usable seat depth is 17". Seat dimensions 17" deep X 20" wide. Seat height from floor is 19-1/2". Back measures 21" wide X 16" high. All item measurements are approximate. ***ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE TOTAL QUOTE OF EACH LINE ITEM. SHIPMENT IS TO ANDERSEN AFB, GUAM.
