The Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina is currently seeking sources from Small Businesses for a supply requirement for a Vertical Vacuum Tank and Vacuum Pump. VERTICAL VACUUM TANK OVERALL SIZE: 36 to 38 DIA X 48 to 50 HIGH X ¼ CARBON STEEL MOUNTED ON (4) 2-4" x 4-6"; X ¼ ; STEEL ANGLE LEGS. PRIMARY SHUTOFF 6 WITH 2 INLET, 1-1/2 LOAD PORT REDUCED DOWN TO 1 WITH A 2 BOTTOM DISCHARGE BALL VALVE WITH CAMLOCK FITTING AND DUSK CAP. (2) 3 SIGHT EYES LOCATED AT HALF WAY AND 3/4 LEVELS. BOTTOM OF EACH LEG TO HAVE 5 X 5 X ¼ MOUNTING PADS WITH 4 DRILLED BOLT HOLES PER PAD. (2) LIFT HOOKS ARE TO BE WELDED AND LOCATED ON TOP OF TANK. TANK FINISH = GRAY EPOXY PRIMER COATING.
