- Description
- The contractor will design and install a functioning audio/visual system. The contractor will: i. Install the video system in the specified areas outlined in the SOW ii. Install the audio system in the specified areas outlined in the SOW iii. Prepare and provide a test plan and system testing iv. Provide a warranty of one year on equipment components and installation performed v. Provide training on the operation and capabilities of the conference room system vi. Provide Control system software programming; provide all programming codes. A site visit will be held the week of the 05 Sep - 09 Sep; more details to follow on exact date and time. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on 31 Aug 11.
