- This C3 project includes the Delivery, Installation and Hook up of a Kitchen and Fire Suppression System, Building # 3737, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. A site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended for this C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Thereafter a technical proposal shall be submitted by the vendors for review. The review will determine whether the technical proposal is: acceptable, reasonably susceptible of being made acceptable; or unacceptable. Vendors with technical proposals determined to be acceptable will be invited to submit a bid. The site visit will be held on 01 September 2011, 09.00 hrs.
