This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation FA8751-11-Q-0523 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20110819. This procurement is being issued as small business set-aside under NAICS code 334515 and small business size standard 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items on a firm fixed price basis. Offerors shall include the costs of UID (if required) and shipping FOB Destination, and specify the warranty terms. MIXED SIGNAL OSCILLOSCOPE P/N: MSO70404CGSA QTY: 1 o 4 GHZ Mixed Signal Oscilloscope o 4 Analog/16 Logic Channels o 80 PS Timing Resolution for the 16 Logic Channels o Analog Bandwidth of 4 GHZ o Analog Sample Rate of 25 GS/S o Built-in DVD/CD-RW Ddrive o Removable Hard Disk o 5 USB Ports o DVI-I Video Port o GPIB Port o COM1 and COM2 Serial Ports Connectors for Mouse and Keyboard o Time Base Range from 20PS/DIV to 1000S/DIV o Time Resolution in ET/IT Mode of 200FS o Sample Rate in ET/IT Mode 5TS/S Max o Number of Channels Per BUS of up to 24 (16 Logic, 4 Analog, 4Math) o Peak Detect of 1 NS at Less Than or Equal to 125 MS/S 4GHZ TRIMODE DIFFERENTIAL PROBE P/N: P7504 QTY: 2 o 4GHZ Trimode Differential Probe for 4GHZ Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (Model MSO70404C. The Trimode Probe is a One Probe Setup that is Capable of Accurate and Definitive Differential, Single Ended, and Common Mode Measurements o Typical Bandwidth is Greater Than 4 GHZ o Tekconnect Interface o Cable Length of 1.3M o Rise Time (10-90%) Less Than 105PS o Rise Time (20-80%) Less Than 70PS o Attenuation (User Selectable) of 5X or 12.5X o Operating Voltage Window of +4 to -2.0 V o DC Input Resistance (Differential) 100 KOHMS o Nondestructive Input Voltage +/- 15V Offerors shall provide at least the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public in customary commercial practice.
