- In accordance with FAR 13.501. this is a notice of the Government's intent to a contract to award a sole source contract to The Geneva Foundation for administrative support services for the Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Department of Clinical Investigation Clinic, Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905. The associated NAICS code is 541690 and the size standard is $6.5M. Non-Personal services contract to provide research administration services and support. The services and support include providing qualified research personnel (research assistant to coordinate study); the acquisition of research related supplies, services (consultants-General Electric and Georgia Health Sciences University, and equipment (Range control radar sensor suite and autographs watches); and, arranging research related travel for the research teams. The contractor may also provide technical and administrative services in support of intramurally and extramurally funded studies requiring pre-study preparation to include regulatory submission process, set-up of files, study recruitment, study intervention, data collection, and study completion. Primary work location is Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Georgia. This contract is to use research funds recently awarded to DDEAMC for the second phase of the research program, "Returning Soldiers Adjustment Assessment". The first phase was previously funded by MRMC and DDEAMC's funding for this research is managed by the Geneva Foundation. This second phase of research is using the same consultants, equipment, and has the same support needs as the first phase of this program already managed by the Geneva Foundation
