- Description: DISC, BRAKE Aircraft Braking Systems (CAGE 0B9R9) P/N 5001703 and Nasco Aircraft Brake Inc. (021849) P/N 445011 This is a Critical Application Item. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 371 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1630-00-022-3074, PR 0041537488 (was 11TF936). Delivery requirement is 150 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
