- Pricing Schedule Statement of Work The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in the Western District of Louisiana. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of twelve (12) months total for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal services for seized/forfeited vehicles in the Western District of Louisiana. This Solicitation Number DJMS-11-79Q-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. Effective August 4, 2011. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns for NAICS Code 493190 and the small business size standard is with a size standard of $25.5 million. The Government may evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest technically acceptable price. Therefore, each company is encouraged to submit a complete quote containing their best terms from a Price and Technical stand point. Any offer that does not meet the solicitation requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. The closing date for the receipt of offers is Friday, September 16, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Quotes may be submitted via US Postal Service, FEDEX, or UPS to, 3 Allen Center, 333 Clay Street, Suite 3050, Houston, TX 77002, ATTN: Barbara Lowe. Quotes may be submitted to Barbara Lowe via fax at 713-718-3031. Quotes may be submitted via email to Barbara Lowe at Barbara.lowe@usdoj.gov. Each emailed quote and attachment size may not exceed five (5) megabytes. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office before the deadline specified in this solicitation.
