- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for VAMC Milwaukee has a requirement for a service agreement for the Possis Angiojet.Services shall be provided at the Clemet J Zablocki VA Hospital, Milwaukee WI. Solicitation is for the base period of October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012, with four (4) option years. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is unrestricted under NAICS: 811219, Size Standard is $19.0 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
