Detention Facility in Parwan, Afghanistan The purpose for this notice is to inform the vendor community that Justification and Approval control number TAN-11-002, approved on 27 Jul 11, increased Contract No. W5J9JE-11-C-0047 value by an estimated $22M, from $41.8M to $63.8M, and increases the current period of performance by 241 calendar days, from 339 calendar days to 580 Calendar days.
