- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide Boxtone Software Incident Management and Performance Management modules for 1300 blackberry devices and associated maintenance to include remote installation support and training support as follows: Item 0001 - Boxtone Incident Management Module - Qty 1,300 devices Item 0002 - Maintenance for Incident Management - Qty 1,300 devices Item 0003 - Boxtone Performance Management Module - Qty 1,300 devices Item 0004 - Maintenance for Performance Management - Qty 1,300 devices Item 0005 - Remote Installation Support Item 0006 - Remote Training Support The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. 252.232-7003 - Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and the factors contained in this solicitation. All quotes and any questions regarding this request must be submitted via email to: norma.j.beavers@us.army.mil. All quotes are due by 4:30 p.m., CDT, September 6, 2011.
