- Color Map - Springfield IL Corporate Boundaries *This is a re-advertisement.* The Government wishes to lease approximately 11,600 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space, which will yield approximately 10,049 - 10,551 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space will be occupied by a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Twenty-seven (27) reserved, secured parking spaces are also required, including parking for 3 oversized vehicles. Subleases will not be considered. The lease will be for a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm term. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate reserved, secured parking for Twenty-seven (27) Government vehicles, including 3 oversized vehicles (bus and two 12 person vans). All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations as desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and shall be ABAAS compliant. Removed Requirement: - Building shall not be located within 1/4 mile of an active railroad track. (No longer in force.) New Requirements: - Offered Building may not be within ¼ mile of school, daycare, or community center type site. - Offered Building may not be adjacent to residential uses. - Space is preferred on ground floor. Buildings offering space on upper floors require a freight elevator capable of transporting at least 14 people. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Springfield, IL, as follows: Corporate Boundaries as shown on attached map. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; 2. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 3. Square footage offered; 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted; and 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
