- BOM J&A OPM Specific Clauses Synopsis FAR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM32-11-R-0015 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 dated August 4, 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation is for the procurement a network router, two (2) network access switches, fifteen (15) wireless access points, a domain controller, a VOIP server, a UPS and voice and data cabling. Additional details regarding the requirement are provided in the attached Bill of Materials This acquisition is issued on a brand name basis for Cisco Systems, Dell and American Power Conversion Corporation products/services. Contractor's submitting proposal in response to this solicitation must be authorized resellers of Cisco Systems, Dell and American Power Conversion Corporation. OPM intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The anticipated delivery date is expected to be within (30) days from date of award. Offerors are invited to submit their quotation to the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Contracting Group in response to this notice by 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), September 1, 2011. Proposal submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to Lisa.Adgerson@opm.gov. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and be certified as a small business to be considered for award.
