- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), it has been determined that Converged Resource Integrators, LCC (doing business as CRI of Alabama) is the only source that can satisfy the agency's requirement for this acquisition. (T)he Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space has a requirement for maintenance for PEO Missiles and Space' Avaya/Nortel PBX enterprise phone system equipment in Buildings 5250, 4505, 5308, 4381, 112, 106 Wynn Drive, 360A Quality Drive, and Mobile Housing Units for Program Management Offices Missiles and Space Systems. Vendor must be certified on Nortel hardware. The Period of Performance is from 1 October 2011 through 31 March 2012. The NAICS code is 238210. It is the Governments' intent to award to Converged Resource Integrators, LCC. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 52.212-5(DEV), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items 252.232-7001(DEV), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and the factors contained in the solicitation. ALL quotes and ALL related questions must be submitted to the following email address: Tiffany.pence@us.army.mil As part of your quote please provide a statement indicating that you are able to meet ALL requirements mentioned in the RFQ. If you cannot meet ALL of the requirements, your quote will be considered technically unacceptable and you will not be eligible for award.
