- Description
- The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Theater Contracting Center) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of eleven (11) iMac Computers, twenty-two (22) 8GB RAM Kits, six (6) 4 GB RAM Kits, seven (7) MacBook Pro Computers,eighteen (18) Apple Hippah Keyboards, seven (7) Apple Mini Display Adapters, and twenty (20) 4 GB RAM Modules. This procurement is in support of JMRC Hohenfels, Germany. The contract shall have seven (7) firm-fixed-price monthly contract line item numbers (CLIN's) including the specifications for the requirement. Delivery shall be FOB destination Hohenfels, Germany, 35 days after the date of contract award. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13.5. The anticipated award date is 12 September 2011. Specific details and specifications shall be included in the Request For Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-11-T-0272 to be issued on or about 30 August 2011 to close 7 days after the RFQ issue date. The Department of Defense requires all Contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective Contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
