- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. The The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source, fixed price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), with Actionable Intelligence Technologies. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Actionable Intelligence Technologies, PO Box 325, McLean, VA 22101. Actionable Intelligence Technologies will provide licenses, maintenance and support for the Financial Investigative Software program and Parser Library Subscription. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website ( www.fedbizopps.gov ). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 10:00 am, EST, Monday, September 26, 2011, by email to the attention of April Delancy, Contracting Officer, at april.delancy@usss.dhs.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
