- Description
- U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to award a sole source contract to Dreager Safety Inc. The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPE0-CBD) has an urgent need for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Civil defense HazMat Kits, and other associated hardware and accessories. These items are required for infantry divisions in theater. This procurement will be conducted under the authority FAR 6.302-2(a) (2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The period of performance will be 30 days after contract award. Any questions or comments regarding this procurement should be submitted to the Contract Specialist within 7 days from publication of this synopsis.
