- Signature Page 2 Signature page Justification & Approval The Western Regional Contracting Office, 9902 Lincoln Street, Tacoma, Washington, 98431, has awarded a sole source contract to GMV Space Systems, Inc., for Insight ArthroVR System and upgrade, under NAICS code 339112. This requirement is for the Anderson Simulation Center, Madigan Healthcare System, Tacoma, WA 98431. The delivery date is NLT 23 September 2011. The proposed contract action is for services in which the government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.501(a), Sole Source (including brand name) acquisitions. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. Additionally, no award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. GMV Space Systems, Inc. is the manufacturer and the only company that can satisfy the government's requirement. GMV Space Systems, Inc. has proprietary rights on all hardware and software. Therefore, GMV Space Systems, Inc., is the only source capable of providing hardware and software compatible to meet the Government's need. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 1000 CST, 9 September 2011. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. Responses will be considered for future requirements.
