- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR have a requirement for the procurement of water and delivery of water to Sanctuary I & II of the Llano Seco Rancho Unit of the Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge at Willows, CA 95988. This USFWS refuge unit is surrounded and adjacent to the Parrott Investment Company's Llano Seco Rancho. The ranch is the only available source of water for delivery to the wetlands sanctuaries because of its location. The Service intends to award Sole Source to Parrott Investment Company Inc. This synopsis is a notice of Intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1.
