- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-QV62 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 Effective 04 August 2011. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-QV62, is for Immon Annual Maintenance for Traffic Sentinel Unlimited. The place of performance is the Joint Warfighting Center, 166 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435-2659. This RFQ is issued on a Brand Name Only. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 511210. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Period of Performance is to be 29 September 2011 thru 28 September 2012. Quotes will only be considered from responsible vendors. Please provide CAGE and DUNS numbers with quote. See attachments for the requirement. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: Quote submissions are due by 12:00 PM Eastern, 02 September, 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
