- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Vancouver Delineated Area: Space must be situated within the Central Business District of Vancouver: North Boundary: NW 78th Street from Route 501 to NE Padden Parkway, to NE 162nd Avenue ; East Boundary: NE 162nd Avenue from NE Padden Parkway, to NE 18th Street, to NE 192nd Avenue, to the Columbia River; South Boundary: Columbia River; West Boundary: Route 501 from NW 78th Street, to Thompson Avenue, to Port Way, to the Columbia River. The proposed space must be in a location that is within 2 miles of access to a major highway interchange that will be defined as a highway exit onto I-5, I-205, or Route 14 within this delineated area. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 39,056 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 39,056 Space Type: Office / Lab Space/ Warehouse Storage / Grade Level Space for Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 80 Parking Spaces (Surface): 70 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 4 Option Term: Two 6-year options; One 4-year option.
