- Fire Plan - Attachment 4 Wage Decision - Attachment 3 Plans - Attachment 2 Specs - Attachment 1 SF-1442 - Soliciation This project is consists of rehabilitation of two point one (2.1) miles of road by spreading, hauling and compacting approximately 5,700 cubic yards of aggregate material from Lemon Quarry and replacing and installing six (6) culverts and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The optional item provides for the furnishing aggregate meeting the requirements of the 3/4-inch Modified CDOT Class 6 aggregate, in lieu of Government furnished aggregate. The allotted time for this contract is sixty (60) days from the date of issuance of the notice to proceed. The work shall be performed on forest service road NFSR596 located on the Columbine Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest near the town of Dolores, Colorado. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25K and $100K. This project is being advertized as a small business Set Aside and as such it is small businesses. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-385-1243. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7, be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8, and must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers. A pre-proposal site visit, show me trip, is scheduled for September 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (Details of this meeting will be included in the solicitation).
