- Combined Synopsis/SolicitationThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number L11PS01353 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. The Bureau of Land Management encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged and women owned business enterprises. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 and the Small Business Standard size is 7.0. The NM Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a Fish Survey for the Delaware River Fish Inventory Project, Carlsbad, NM, and must be in accordance with the Scope of Work. *The specifications can be found at http://www.fedconnect.net - Reference Solicitation L11PS01353 and find them under column named Documentation. The following clauses are applicable under this Synopsis/Solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212.3, 52.212.4, 52.212.5.
