- Amendment #2 1) Schedule of Items: - Delete Bid Option #1 - Delete Bid Option #4 2) Drawings - Sheet 5 of 7: - Eliminate the project requirement that the Power Feed to Distribution Panel A be "Sized for ultimate service to Distribution Panel B" This Solicitation has been extended until September 6, 2011, 1600 CST See attached Solociatation. The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, Kawishiwi Ranger District contemplates issuing a solicitation (request for proposals) for the South Kawishiwi River Campground Site Electrification. The project may include the following. 1) Provide power infrastructure to campground camping sites and installing recreational vehicle power pedestals, distribution panes and CT cabinets. 2) Provide power and distribution panel to an existing well house. 3) Provide power to the campground host site and abandoning the existing power feed to the host site. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about 25 July, 2011. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. This project has a base bid and four optional bid items; it is estimated to be between $50,000 and $150,000. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database, have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gov) and be a certified 100% Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service. This is a synopsis, the full solicitation documents including specifications will be issued on or about 25 July, 2011.
