- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the installation of pre-fabricated toilets & constructing an aggregate base for installation of a recycle Bin in the BLM Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area, Delta County, Colorado. The two work sites are the Orchard Boat ramp and the West River Trailhead. The scope of work may include site preparation for excavating, backfilling and compacting the use of aggregate for structures.
