- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-11-T-5007, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. The size standard is $4,000,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Federal Service Code is 7010. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, Hanger 801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 is requesting Four (4) 14 Drawer Rugged Mobile Deployable unit t. Item should have following specifications: 14 trays to support 28 small or 14 large e-tools; each try should have 3 power outlets and 2 ehternet connections; a single point locking mechanism for all trays; each tray has individual resettable fused drawers; Power, fan and load monitoring with LED displays; rugged construction; Must be water, chemical and abrasion resistant; can operate at 90-264VAC at 47-440Hz; locking casters; drawers can be locked to prevent theft; single point ethernet connection; operating temp 0 C +50C; stackable w/ interlocking pins; filtered air cooling for each tray; power load monitoring; serial port for additional diagnostics; COTS components; fan fail syustem monitor; fan speed monitor; temp, input power, and current draw monitor; 14 trays, prewired for CAT5; washable air filiters DIMENSIONS: without casters 29"Lx39"Wx28"H; With casters 29"Lx39"Wx33"H 11' clearnace when fully extended; include adjustable and secure strapping system for shipment
