- The 802d Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to: EMMIS FM BROADCASTING CORPORATION OF ST. 800 SAINT LOUIS UNION STA, SAINT LOUIS, MO 63103-2257for the purchase of Radio and website Advertisement. The 802d Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to: EMMIS FM BROADCASTING CORPORATION OF ST. 800 SAINT LOUIS UNION STA, SAINT LOUIS, MO 63103-2257for the purchase of Radio and website Advertisement. The 345th RCS is purchasing on-air and web advertising from Emmis Communications, 105.7 The Point, which will include a 300x250 homepage display Ad, feature page with streaming video of approved AFRS commercials, and a minimum of 250 streaming commercials (approved by AFRS) during on air play for 30 days. 105.7 The Point reaches nearly 50% of males ages 17-28 in our zone (they are the only radio station that can accomplish this). They are the #1 station in the St. Louis metro area reaching 50% of our zone for our target age range, and the only station that can accomplish this in our entire zone that encompasses 5 states. The web advertisement has the potential to reach 700k+ in 30 days of run time, and the radio advertisement has the potential to reach 1 million plus in 30 days of run time. Due to the proprietary and technical requirements, Emmis Communications is the only company for this contract. They are the only radio group that has ranked number one in our age demographic for the last 6 months.
