- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-11-T-5021, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. The size standard is $4,000,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Federal Service Code is 7010. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, Hanger 801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 would like to purchase four (4) Rugged 10 drawer E-tool mobiles with the following specifications: The 10 drawers must accomodate 10 notebook computers, 1 per drawer; each drawer has one 120VAC outlet and one RJ45 Ethernet connection; drawers vented; drawers lockable with single padlock; individually fused; must provide power surge protectionfrom voltage spikes; unit to be equipped with ethernet switch to allow single connectio to server; single power cord provides power to all drawers and plugs into stand and 120VAC, 5-60Hz wall outlet; fans to provide sufficient cooling; additional plug. Must be ruggedized unit.
