- PR 0042080584. This solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-436-3367, Electronic Com Case. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-1549, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 969 each. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 72 DARO based on PLT estimate. Approved source is CAGE 14304, P/N RF-5930-CA002. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on August 29, 2011. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met.
