- The due date for Letter RFP is hereby extended until December 5, 2011 1:00 PM Eastern Time. The NSN is 5306-00-871-5945. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems (0JRC1) under part number 6-40616-501 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Pr Number: 0042583787 FSC: 5306 Nomenclature: Bolt, Eye: Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp (0JRC1); part number 6-40616-501 RFP SPM5AC-11-R-0004 due date September 12, 2011 1:00 pm eastern time. This is a firm fixed priced contract. This procurement is for incremental quantities of 1,300 each and 1,500 each. The NSN is 5306-00-871-5945. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems (0JRC1) under part number 6-40616-501 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). This acquisition is being procured on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. Delivery is 440 days after date of contract to Defense Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA and Defense Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. FOB Origin Source Inspection Applies. This is an Air Force Designated Critical Item (CSI). Anticipated award date: 2011 September 26.
