- Description
- The NASA/SSC Office of Procurement intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed pricecontract to Nvision Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of enhanced software developmentfor the Real-time Emergency Action Coordination Technology (REACT) Desktop Clientpreviously developed under Cooperative Agreement NNS10AB02A. The REACT Desktop Client isused NASA-wide by emergency operations communities. The REACT Desktop Client will allowNASA emergency operations to perform core features of REACT when internet access isunavailable. Users will be able to continue emergency operations without loss of dataduring loss of the internet. This effort is a continuation of the task begun under thejoint cooperative agreement between NVision and NASA. This further refinement of theREACT Desktop Client has been identified as essential for NASA-wide emergency operations. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
