- PR# 0040257061, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 8-24-11/CLOSING DATE 9-26-11 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 30 each for stock of NSN 1620-00-740-1543, Collar and Gear Assembly, for use on the F-4 aircraft. No option is included. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 220208-3. Approved Source for this NSN is Triumph Actuation Systems, Cage 33068. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. Export Control requirements apply to this procurement. Offers must be JCP certified in order to be considered for award. This is an Air Force designated Critical Safety Item. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 18 each ship to New Cumberland, PA 17070; PRLI 0002, QTY 5 each ship to San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95376; PRLI0003, QTY 7 each ship to Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT 84056 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 292 days or best attainable.
