- Sole Source Justification for maintenance of METI products. TO PROVIDE complete maintenance for various Medical Education Technologies, medical mannequins: iSTAN, MMP, ECS, and HPS. Federal Service Code: J065, NAICS Code: 811219, Size Standard: $19,000,000. Period of Performance: 30 Sep 11 - 29 Sep 11 Payment Terms net 30 days, FOB Destination. This is a Sole Source procurement, this synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Medical Education Technologies, Inc. 6300 Edgelake Dr., Sarasota, FL 34240. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by Friday, 2 September 2011 at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received would normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
