- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. The United States Government has a requirement to modify contract W52H09-10-C-0104 by adding a new CLIN for an additional 45 each Penn Arms 40mm Multi-Launchers, Model PGL65-40, to support Afghanistan Security forces. This modification is restricted to Penn Arms -Combined Systems, Inc. located at 388 Kinsman Road, Jamestown, NY, 16134-9540. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
