- Provide all equipment, material, labor required to provide Instrument Sterilization Services for the Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Fort Drum, NY. The service requires Instruments to be Ultrasonically cleaned, lubricated, sterilized and packaged at an off site facility. Contractor must be located within a 30 mile radius of Watertown NY. This is required to enable Fort Drum NY to drop off/pick up instruments daily in order to support the mission and due to the weather conditions in the surrounding area. Base Period of Performance will be 1 December 2011 - 30 November 2012. Contract type will be firm fixed price.
