- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground - Fort Belvoir intends to award, on a sole source basis to a new Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of OEM Run-Time CPU License to RTI Data Distribution Service (RTI DDS) for a quantity of 94. This effort will comprised of a base year and no options. No maintenance applicable on this software. It has been determined that Real-Time Innovations, Inc, is the Only Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required computer equipment may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice at 2:00 PM local time. The anticipated award date is fifteen (15) days from the closing date of this notice. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov.
