- Attachment I (SOW) and Attachment II (Wage Decision) SF 1442 FA3047-11-B-0015 Title: Renovations to the Learning Resource Center, BLDG 7460, Lackland AFB. This Acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The Magnitude for this project is $25,000 or lower. NAICS: 238990 Davis Bacon Act Enforced, Wage Decision "Building" dated 04/01/2011 attached. Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit to SF 1442 with Blocks #14,#15,#16, (if different than block 14) #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442, Block #20b. Section B, complete pricing information (CLINS). Section I, complete appropriate certifications in clauses 5.219-28, 52.223-3 & 252.223.7001. Section K, complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications. Notice to Offerors: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either on or after closing date. The solicitation utilizes FAR Part 13. Interested offerors are to respond with a quotation. Bonding is not required. Hare Copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The documents may be found and downloaded at: http//www.fbo.gov. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation or associated documents must request in writing no later than ten days prior to closing date. Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for 30 Aug at 0900. All interested parties are to report to 802 CONS at 0845. Site visit to be conducted from 0900 to 0945. Interested vendors must submit the following via email for base pass requests no later than 0745 on 30 Aug (last name, first name, date of birth, and state of DL issuance to Joseph.Misch.1@us.af.mil. Please arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled site visit at the Airman's Gate Visitors center located at Valley High off of Loop 410. Meet at 802 CONS 1665 Selfridge Ave BLDG 5450, Lackland AFB, TX 78236.
