Description

Market Research Questionnaire - Life Connections Program Facilitator - FCC Terre Haute, IN The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The projected requirement is for the provision of Program Facilitator Services as part of the Life Connections Program at the Federal Correctional Complex located at Terre Haute, IN. Services will be provided for the inmate population on-site in the Religious Services Department. The requirement is for an estimated 30 sessions (a session being defined as 1 hour in duration) to be performed on-site weekly. It is anticipated that a resulting contract will consist of a base year plus four (4) additional one year option periods. Each yearly contract period will consist of an estimated 1,500 one (1) hour sessions. The individual will assist the Chaplain Program Manager with various aspects of the Life Connections Program to include but not limited to developing schedules, facilitating classes/workshops, scheduling seminars, leading group activities, and overall implementation of the multi-faith Residential Life Connections Program at the facility. The schedule may require some evening and weekend hours based on program needs.
