Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Divison, Budget Staff intends to procure Gallery Watch Annual Subscription, CQ Schedules, CQ BillTrack, CQ enganced Bill Text, Bill Text Comparisons, Committee Amendments, Committee Reports, Congressional Record, Congressional Testimony, Floor Votes, Public Laws, Hot Docs, CQ Budget Tracker, CQ Committee Markupt Coverage, CQ Today, CQ Today Extra, CQ Custom Vote Analysis, CQ Document Manager, Federaql Register, FNS Document Manager, Federal Register, FNS Transcipts, Hot Docs, CRS Reports(full library) and CQ Custom Alerts and Searches. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a rqurest for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
