- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to the Salvation Army Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada. The requirement is for Transitional Housing for eligible Homeless Veterans of the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 901 Rancho Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89106. This is a sole source procurement under authority FAR Part 6.302-2(b). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit their services in response to this notice. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement for services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to dedra.booth@va.gov. Responses must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2011, 12:00 noon. PST. If no responses are received by this date, a sole source purchase order with WestCare Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada will be pursed.
